THE EXPERIENCE

What can I expect from the event? A once-in-a-lifetime expedition to experience Titanic, the most luxurious ship to ever set sail. Featuring more than 300 artifacts, dramatic room re-creations, never-before-seen 3D views, video animations, and cutting-edge technology, Titanic: An Immersive Voyage – Through the Eyes of the Passengers tells the story of the RMS Titanic like never before. Witness the ship’s construction, walk her glorious halls, come face-to-face with the Iceberg, and experience its dramatic final moments in our immersive galleries. Titanic: An Immersive Voyage – Through the Eyes of the Passengers is a powerful emotional retelling of the Titanic story, and includes an unprecedented Virtual Reality tour of the wreck site more than 2.5 miles beneath the sea.
Where is the experience located? The experience will take place at Fever Exhibition Hall, 25 Scotts Road, Singapore, 228220
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue? This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last? For you to have an estimate, people usually spend 60-90 min at this experience.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase? Unfortunately, there won't be food or beverage for purchase at this event.
Is there parking available? Yes, behind the Royal Plaza on Scotts hotel there is a multi-storey car park. Entry is via the hotel driveway or Claymore Hill. You can check car parking rates here. There are also other car parks located in close proximity, including Wilson Parking Singapore located at 10 Scotts Road.
Will there be additional sessions? Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there Virtual Reality? This experience has the option to enjoy virtual reality for guests over 6 years old; please check if your ticket includes it.
Will there be merchandise for sale? Yes! There will be merchandise for sale at the shop.

TICKETS

Where can I get tickets? In the Fever App, available on Google Play and the Apple Store. On the Fever website.
Can I purchase tickets at the door? We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Do I need to print my ticket? You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play). You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do? You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the “Tickets” section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed? Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
Do you offer press passes? If you would like a press pass, please email titanicvoyage-press@feverup.com.
Who is eligible for the "Resident" tickets? Resident ticket rates are available to Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, and holders of Employment Passes, Work Permits, or Dependent Passes. You may be asked to present your NRIC or relevant pass for verification.

ACCESS

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session? It is recommended that you arrive at the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 30 minutes.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed? Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible? Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.
What are the prohibited items at the experience? Please do not bring alcohol or anything that may disturb the other patrons.
Do you offer carer tickets? Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker at the entrance of the venue. For this experience, simply show proof of needing a carer ticket at the entrance and the carer will be allowed in for free.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people? We are happy to confirm that people with visual or hearing impairments will be able to enjoy this experience.
Will there be strobe lights? This event won't include strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition? This is a walkthrough experience, but there will be some rooms with places to seat.
Will restrooms be available on site? This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience? Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found? We would recommend to ask the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please contact us.
Is coat check available? Unfortunately, this venue has no coat check.
Is there an age requirement? All ages are welcome to this experience and the space is accessible for prams/strollers. Kids under 4 years old will be allowed in for free.
Will there be an audio guide? This experience will include an audio guide in English. Don't forget to bring headphones!
