What can I expect from Titanic: An Immersive Voyage?
A once-in-a-lifetime expedition to experience Titanic, the most luxurious ship to ever set sail. Featuring more than 300 artifacts, dramatic room re-creations, never-before-seen 3D views, video animations, and cutting-edge technology, Titanic: An Immersive Voyage tells the story of the RMS Titanic like never before. Witness the ship’s construction, walk her glorious halls, come face-to-face with the Iceberg, and experience its dramatic final moments in our immersive galleries. Titanic: An Immersive Voyage is a powerful emotional retelling of the Titanic story, and includes an unprecedented Virtual Reality tour of the wreck site more than 2.5 miles beneath the sea.
Where is the experience located?
The exhibit will take place at Scalo Farini, Via Valtellina, 5, Milano, 20159.
Does the exhibition take place in an indoor venue?
Yes, this is an indoor experience.
How long does the experience last?
Your visit should take around 60-90 minutes.
Will there be an audio guide?
Yes, there’s an audio guide available.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
Yes, but have in mind that the experience is primarily visual with informative signage throughout the venue.
Will there be strobe lights?
The VR experience involves the use of strobe lights and is therefore not recommended for people with epilepsy or sensitivity to light.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walking event and there are no places to sit during the big part of the experience.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes, there’s air conditioning.
Is coat check available?
Yes, there's a coat check.
Are stroller/prams allowed?
Yes, strollers/prams are allowed.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
No, but there are third-party food vendors in close proximity to the experience.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes, there will be a store at the end of the experience. Only electronic payments can be made.
Will I be able to pay cash?
The online tickets can only be paid by card. Onsite tickets, merch items and beverages can be paid in cash or card.

Where can I get tickets?
Who are the official sellers for this experience?
Official tickets for Titanic: An Immersive Voyage can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.
Are there tickets for disabled people?
Disabled people in possession of the certificate will be entitled to a discount (see the rates in the ticket purchase section) and a free ticket for a companion
Do children need to pay for a ticket?
Kids 3 and younger will be allowed in for free.
For groups under 50 people, you can buy your tickets directly through the main page (select the “Group Bundle” option when choosing your ticket type). For special requests or groups over 50, please fill the groups form.
Do you offer group discounts?
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless ticket(s) will be validated directly in the Fever App.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from
Google Play and the
Apple Store. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please
contact us.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
No, for this event you won't be able to transfer your tickets to another person.
I can't make it to any of the dates. Will there be additional sessions?
We may potentially announce additional sessions in the future. Stay tuned!
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please
contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our
T&Cs.
Can I buy tickets directly at the exhibition?
Yes, you can buy tickets at the exhibition ticket office, but only electronic payments are accepted. In any case, we recommend purchasing tickets in advance via the Website/App, as tickets are limited and availability on site is not guaranteed.

Is this a kid-friendly environment?
All ages are welcome! This is a family-friendly experience suitable for kids.
What time should I arrive?
We recommend that you arrive at the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 30 minutes.
What happens if I arrive late?
We can’t guarantee that you will be able to enter the exhibition. This will be decided by the staff onsite upon availability.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Please do not bring alcohol or anything that may disturb the other patrons.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes, there will be restrooms on site.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the exhibit is wheelchair accessible.
Is there parking available?
There is very limited parking available in front of the venue. There are various public and private parking spaces outside the Lampo Scalo Farini grounds, which are approximately 7-10 minutes walking distance from the venue itself. There is a shuttle available for all guests to get to the venue entrance from Via Valtellina, 5.

Monday through Friday: 9:30 -13 14-21:30
Saturday and Sunday: 8:30-13 14-21:30

This venue is wheelchair accessible. There is free parking available next to the venue entrance for disabled ticket holders.
Can I bring animals into the experience?
No, this event is not pet-friendly, only service animals are allowed.

Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them to your heart's content! When taking pictures, please make sure not to disturb other customers, and do not use flash. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted. You can share your pictures at #expo_titanic and tag us @expo.titanic.voyage.

Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please reach out at info@exhibitionhub.com.
