What can I expect from the event?
A once-in-a-lifetime expedition to experience Titanic, the most luxurious ship to ever set sail. Featuring more than 300 artifacts, dramatic room re-creations, never-before-seen 3D views, video animations, and cutting-edge technology, Titanic: An Immersive Voyage tells the story of the RMS Titanic like never before. Witness the ship’s construction, walk her glorious halls, come face-to-face with the Iceberg, and experience its dramatic final moments in our immersive galleries. Titanic: An Immersive Voyage is a powerful emotional retelling of the Titanic story, and includes an unprecedented Virtual Reality tour of the wreck site more than 2.5 miles beneath the sea.

The experience is taking place in DIVE which is located in Carnotstraat 90, 2060 Antwerp.

This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last?
For you to have an estimate, people usually spend 1 hour at this experience.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Unfortunately, there won't be food or beverage for purchase at this event.
Is there parking available?
Unfortunately, there won't be parking at this venue, so we recommend you don't arrive by car.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there Virtual Reality?
This experience has the option to enjoy virtual reality; please check if your ticket includes it.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes! There will be merchandise for sale at the shop.
ABOUT TICKETS
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App (you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever App, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible, informing you of the next steps to follow.

ABOUT ACCESS TO THE EVENT
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive at the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 10 minutes.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Weapons, drugs, outside food & beverage.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact us here with proof of needing a carer ticket.
Once we receive this, we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (based in availability).
Please keep in mind that you will have to show the regular ticket with this carer ticket when entering the venue.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
We are happy to confirm that people with visual or hearing impairments will be able to enjoy this experience.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
There will be seats in the immersive room and the VR experience.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This is a walkthrough experience, but if you need a little rest, you will be able to find some seats for you to have a break.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend to ask the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please reach out at hello@divenow.be
Is coat check available?
Unfortunately, this venue has no coat check.
Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome to this experience and the space is accessible for prams/strollers.
Will there be an audio guide?
This experience will include an audio guide in Danish and English. Please ask the staff for it!
